You will have regular use of the theater space (at agreed times) for promotional events.  Space has a 6' x 12' stage, stage lighting and PA system, six folding tables, two video projectors with pull-down screens, DVD player and stereo.  Great for theater rehearsals, video shoots, lessons or classes whenever it's not being used.  (Note: this is a low-volume venue and NOT good for loud rock bands or hip-hop.)

This arrangement has the full approval of the property manager but she will need to meet you.
